What time does the event start?

The gates open at 4:30 PM each day and the first act hits the stage at 6:30 PM. Arrive early and check out the "lifestyle village" and our amazing vendors!

How late will the event go?

The last act is scheduled to play until approximately 11:00 PM each night.

are children allowed?

Yes, the Indian Wells Music Festival is an all ages event.

How much is parking?

Parking is free for this event. Enter the Tennis Garden complex at GATE 2 off Washington and enjoy free festival parking.

Can I bring food & beverage into the Festival?

No. Outside food & beverages may not be brought onto the Festival grounds but may be purchased onsite. Please note, tailgating is not permitted in any of the parking areas.

Can I bring my pet to the Festival?

Only service animals and service animals in training are allowed on the Festival grounds.

Are bags allowed?

Small purses are allowed and will be subject to search upon entrance to the site. No other bags/backpacks are permitted.

What items are banned from entry to the Festival?

Coolers, outside food & beverage, alcohol, glass, lawn chairs, towels, umbrellas, drones, professional cameras/video cameras, weapons, illegal substances are not permitted. Prohibited items that are discovered during gate entry must either be returned to your vehicle or discarded. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden will not provide storage for these items. No exceptions will be made.

Can I bring my camera?

Cameras (without a flash) may be used to capture photos/videos for personal and private domestic use. Videos and photographs may not be reproduced, cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the express written consent of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden or Wendy Jayne Productions.

Can I bring my phone?

Yes you can bring your phone, however, as a courtesy to the musicians and fans please turn off or silence your cell phone while artists are performing.

Can I re-enter the venue?

You may not re-enter the venue once your ticket has been scanned. Plan to bring a jacket or wrap with you should you need it later in the evening.

What do I do if I’ve lost my ticket?

Lost or forgotten tickets will be replaced for the original ticket purchaser at a cost of $10.00 each. If replacement tickets are ordered over the phone, they will be placed at Will Call and a photo ID will be required to pick them up.

Can I smoke at the Festival?

No. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is a non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) facility.

 

ON-SITE SERVICES:

Is alcohol available onsite?

Yes, alcoholic beverages may be purchased onsite. If you consume alcoholic beverages, please do so in a responsible manner. Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the Festival grounds.

Where can I buy food during the Festival?

Food and beverage are sold throughout the Festival grounds at a selection of concessions.

Is there an ATM on site?

We do not have an ATM on site however all food & beverage locations and most retail vendors accept major credit cards.

Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are located at Stadium 1 and Stadium 2.

Are there drinking fountains?

Yes, drinking fountains and water bottle fillers are located at Stadium 1 and Stadium 2.

Is First Aid available?

Yes, First Aid station is located at Stadium 2 as you enter the grounds.

Where is lost and found?

Lost and Found is located in Stadium 2 at Entry G. Wendy Jayne Productions and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, its owner, and its affiliates, agents and employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
